  1.                               ACCOUNT HELP
  2.    This file contains information relating to all the accounts that BillPower
  3. tracks.  You may change anything you wish, with the exception of each ac-
  4. count's balance (which is maintained automatically by BillPower).
  5.    As you enter items, make sure that you align the cursor at the beginning
  6. column underneath each heading (the TAB key will assist you here).
  7.  
  8. "Db/Cr":   Enter "D" for a debit account, "C" for a credit account, or "-" for
  9.            neither.
  10. "RetnrBal: The amount you want to maintain in this account if it's a retainer
  11.            account.  Leave blank or zero if this isn't a retainer account.
  12. "RetnrMin: The minimum acceptable balance if this is a retainer account.  When
  13.            the balance falls below this amount, you want BillPower to tell you.

  15.    You must not erase any lines in this file, unless you're SURE that you
  16. don't want BillPower to track the accounts whose information is contained on
  17. those lines.
  18.    To move one line to another position, place the cursor at the beginning of
  19. the line.  Then, press ^KB and ^KK.  The line will become highlighted.  Then,
  20. move to the point in the file where you want to place the line and press ^KV.
  21.    If you ever make a mistake and don't know how to correct it, press ESC (to
  22. abandon the file without saving your changes).  Then, begin again.
